Shodan - 1st Dan -

Kihon (from freestyle position with pull back)

Kata

• The student's Tokui Kata.
• Plus one Heian Kata of description Examiner’s choice.

Oral Examination

• Examination on Karate-Do, including Japanese terminology.

Examination
